The second part of the interview I found interesting was the rapid fire question and answer session where the interviewer asked questions that I was supposed to answer in short clipped responses of 1 or 2 words much like that old game show $10k Pyramid. Definitely different.

The basics: Do you have experience teaching ESL online? Do you have a teaching certificate? How would you handle inattentive students? How would you get them to focus? Have you looked at the video we sent? Do you have any questions about the platform?
