Why do you want to teach adults?
If a student were to come to you during your office hours upset about a grade that he/she earned and was inconsolable (i.e. was not satisfied with your explanation of your grade), what action would you take?

I don't think they know what they are looking for based on their line of questioning. The project itself was a 3 step process. This position would not even be necessary if they actually hired fully bilingual certified Math teachers or if they invested in training all of their tutors in best practices for ELLs. I know a few excellent Math teachers who are bilingual but I wouldn't recommend them to invest their time interviewing for them.
