Past experience teaching
Normal IV questions. The interviewer wanted to know if I had the basic skills required to handle an ESL class. Other questions were geared towards testing what my future goals and expectations from the company were.
How would you teach writing skills to beginner-level students?
Qualifications, job experience, teaching style, etc.
How do you deal with students who rely too much on technology
The questions are terribly difficult, but it's a lot to do with your philosophy and how closely you could deal with their methodology- they aren't interested in teachers who have original approaches to the material or different ideas about how to cater to different students. They have their curriculum and that is what they want taught.
