Describe a specific situation in the past two weeks that you have been irritated by a co-worker and how you handled the situation and why. Describe a specific time in the past two weeks you have maintained control and directed a large group of people. Describe a time in the past two weeks you have been really stressed and how you handled it.
The second part of the interview I found interesting was the rapid fire question and answer session where the interviewer asked questions that I was supposed to answer in short clipped responses of 1 or 2 words much like that old game show $10k Pyramid. Definitely different.
