(1) Why do you want to join Morningstar? (2) What is your current and expected pay? She mentioned equity analysts at Morningstar get paid between $100K and $120K plus bonus and total comp can be around $135K-$140K. This definitely 20% or more below the market rate especially for a high COLA city such as Chicago. (3) Plus some chit chat and friendly small talk.
