They mainly asked questions about projects I've worked on and how I either learned a lesson or worked as part of a team.
A couple of statics questions but in general questions were simple.
Name a time when a teammate is slacking. How did you approach them?
No questions were really that tough. There weren't any "tell me of any obstacles you've overcome, and how you responded questions." Enjoyed the interview, and better enjoyed the lunch.
How would you respond if a technician was pushing a solution or plan forward that you believed to have an error/mistake?
