Very Basic: Tell me about your previous employment... What days and hours are you able to work (since the majority of floor staff were high school age and worked mainly on weekends, there was always a demand for older individuals who could work weekdays--generally slow and only had 2 or 3 floor staff on weekdays during school months).

They kept asking about experience even though this was advertised as an entry level position. The hit ngcmanager seemed really biased against me. It was as though they felt they were going thru the vti ones though they. Didn't want to.
