I went through a lot round of interviewing. It made me nervous because they had a lot of applicants.
The interview required a test, 2 in fact. 1 - 30 minute autoCAD test applying drawing corrections and the second a 4 question basic knowledge design test, including an area of steel calculation for a loaded concrete beam. .
What makes you stand out from the competition?
The main question they ever asked me was if I could quit my current job immediately

I thought the skills test in regards to the Java line of questioning was pretty difficult.
