We’d like you to prepare the following: - Identify 2 real life potential customers of Formlabs (anywhere in the USA) and be ready to justify why they are good potential customers. It's better if they are from different industries and have different applications. - Be ready to walk us through your sales process, from initial contact with a prospective user to onboarding customers who have made a purchase. Think about communication methods as well as resources that would be helpful. - What's your key value proposition? What do you think are the customers’ biggest concerns? How would you address them? - Pick one of the companies/contacts and write 1-2 emails for the following scenario: The customer requested and received a Formlabs sample part. We haven't been in contact with this customer yet so we are going to email them with the goal of setting up a call.
