Tell me about a time when you handled conflict well.
How would you help someone enroll in healthcare exchanges if they gave you excuse after excuse to not enroll?
They were behavioral event type questions, like " Tell about a time that you had to work with an angry customer, what did you do?". You had time to think over your answer while others were answering unless you were up to be the first one to answer. They asked us about 5 questions and then had us leave the room and come back in and answer our last question one on one with the interviewers. They then asked if I had a question for them and of course I did, then I was told to wait outside and call in the next person.

I was asked if I had any questions. Was not asked any situational questions during in-person interview.
