This was a series of interviews that covered different areas: product and delivering results, managerial expertise and approach, and technical skills.
What is your leadership style?
Surprisingly very few technical questions. The questions were mostly about my achievements, previous experience and how I managed my teams in the past. Also there were questions about prioritizations and setting the right objectives.
Database design, normalization and scaling
Standard design questions but not enough time to solve 20-25 min per question . Also, the means were to stern. So, won't recommend anyone.
