How do you go about working on a project after a decision that you did not entirely agree with
The initial phone screen and hiring manager interviews were easy. The panel interview was difficult due to repeating questions and interviewers asking questions based on my resume and not providing parallels to everyday work. Very few people on the panels had been with the company for more than 2 years, which is a major red flag in hindsight.
What was my general HR experience? Asked me situational questions to gauge experience.

What I was looking for in my next job, why do I want to work for AEO, what about the company values did I find most interesting, explain my work experience, where I see myself in 5-10 years, what challenges I think I may face, how I handle stress and competing priorities, desired salary, etc.
How did you become interested in this position?
They asked me mainly about my experiences and my impressions about their employer branding work so far. Also, how i structure my daily work, my expectations for the job and whats important to me to stay motivated.
