why do you come to the company
if I understood that the position I was being considered for was for the email team and that position had nothing to do with phones. It was responding to Kohls.com customer emails. I felt this position would be a good fit for me as I was not looking for a phone associate job. I felt very comfortable and understood all the information that was provided to me.
