What is the most important metric in Email Marketing? I was asked to create a brief for a new email automation.
I was asked how I worked under pressure and to provide an example.
Several situational questions - "Tell me about a time when you did XYZ" or "Have you been in a situation where you did XYZ and how did you handle it?" Most of the interview questions were directly related to my direct experience in similar positions as they want to make sure you are very qualified for the role. I believe I would have gotten the position if not for candidates who had a little more retail experience.
