As I said above, the group interview was really odd. I get why they do it, it was just the first time I had ever done something like that. They walk around while you are in the group and take notes on your comments. You never actually interact with an Ed Pioneer person one-to-one.

None of the scenario questions were difficult, but they are designed to critically think and are all possible situations you could face on the job.
It was a very boilerplate interview, according to my recollection. Nothing surprising.
I thought they were pretty typical questions...nothing difficult comes to mind
The group interview is tricky in that it involves both you doing analysis independently and then melding your opinions with others.
