I no longer recall specific questions. But I don’t remember anything that seemed “out there” or unusual for this type of position.
Here's one question that stands out. I was talking about how my previous boss was great, and Evan asked: "Yeah, she sounds really effective, so why don't you have her job?" Reading between the lines, I heard, "Are you not good enough?"
"are you prepared to be 'scrappy'?"
