Then I was sent a take home test which I was given 3 hours to complete but it took around 90 minutes total. Finally an on-site interview with 4 parts: - Agile ways of working which was kind of like a behavioral interview. - Architecture and infrastructure which was mostly a theoretical discussion about how you'd keep a system running smoothly. - Code review of your take home test from the previous step. This also included some tech trivia. - Finally a wrap-up session with your would be manager. I was promised feedback in a couple of days. I knew by the end of the interview that this wasn't a role for me, but what's really funny is that I got ghosted. Who the hell ghosts people after an on site? Rude!
