I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at eBay
Interview
Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. Quickly I ended through 3 rounds: recruiter, HM, and then a panel. Most people were really friendly but a lot of them were not appropriately prepared, clearly winging the questions with subjective and non-sensical questions. My impression also is that the culture is damaged and most people are "wounded" by working there. The punchline, after being pushed into the process and spending hours with their exec team, I never even got a response back.
