Interview
Recruiter Call:
Concisely put, the primary feedback pertains to the lack of transparency and constructive guidance, which appears to be an expected standard within the current landscape for recruiters and hiring teams. During this first call there was communication advising that an authentication background wasn't essential. However, upon not receiving an offer, the reason cited was the absence of expertise in authentication. This discrepancy led to significant time investment. When engaging with recruiters, I advise to inquire about any specific niche preferences to ensure alignment and prevent wasting your time.
Hiring Manager:
The discussion primarily revolved around standard questions related to role responsibilities.
Director:
The conversation focused on basic questions regarding cultural fit, professional background, and motivational factors. Nothing unexpected.
