eBay interview questions

I had a interview with Ebay and month in half ago. Initially I applied the first time but did not complete the assessments. I then began getting flooded with reminders to complete. I finally got around to completing the assessment. Roughly, 5 days or so later I was invited to do a video recorded interview. From there I was invited to do a interview with a Ebay Recruiter. After that it was silent, I didn't hear back from anyone until a month later (once I forgot about even doing the interview) I received a email saying they pursued other candidates. Which is completely fine with me my only issue is the interview process and how drawn out it is just to have to wait a entire month to be provided with a answer. I now see why they are always hiring. I would not apply for this company it's a huge waste of time.

It's separated into around 4 steps between technical and HR, it was conducted well by also different people and even though I didn't get the job it was nicely conducted and helped me study more for other interviews.
