eBay interview questions

Very professional interview and overall good interview experience. Lots of involvement with senior staffs. Great people, very friendly atmosphere. Very mature localization team. Got a decision soon after the interview.

1. Application online [I wish they didn't use Taleo :-)] 2. HR phone interview (40-50 minutes). I am writing this review to show my appreciation about the personalized approach and honesty when notifying me about not proceeding with my application. A week after phone interview I followed-up with the recruiter about status of my application. She replied to me saying that the hiring manager had decided to progress with some of the internal applicants first although my skillset and experience looked interesting and if that role should be re-opened again anytime in the near future they would come back to me. She also encouraged me to apply for future jobs I am interested in and letting her know about it. I think it was nice and I really appreciate that approach, particularly that I have been rejected a couple of times (different companies) losing a battle to internal candidate. I am very glad this time I was spared that effort and preparation I would have put into the process (that would have gone to waste).
