First level telephone interview with generic questions about the software development process. Telephone quality very low moreover the interviewer had a very bad pronunciation, the most difficult thing was to understand the questions

The interview process, including the background check, took 3+ months. I interviewed in December of 2017 and was offered a position that started in March of 2018. It included a digital interview, a 1:1 interview, a tour around the campus, and then a group panel interview, with the background check being the longest part of the process. I was offered a position after the background check came back.
