Recruiter reached out through LinkedIn. Programming Language: Java 1st round - Coding interview and some basic programming questions 2nd round - 4 interviews ( 2 coding rounds, 1 managerial round, 1 system design round)

Domain knowledge/ system design. LC easy/medium and behavioral questions. Offer declined because they down leveled me. It was such a waste of time. I was clear about the role but they assured me interview performance will determine the level. Unfortunately, they didn’t honor it and had no explanation or data points to support their own offer. The HR is on back foot and hiring manager drives the recruiting. Interview only in your leisure time and when you have nothing else to do. Based on the weather they may decide what level you would be hired for.
