Interview
It was fairly simple. Have all your past job experiences available with you so that you don’t have to go off the top of your head. Make sure you mention anyone that may have helped you score this interview

Interview
Overall the interview wasn't too bad.
I interviewed for 2 teams at the same time, each having an hour phone interview and a 5 hour phone panel with multiple people. The questions were mostly medium LC style questions with the occasional hard mixed in.
The mostly disappointing part is that after spending 12 hours interviewing, one of the recruiters ghosted me, not replying to any emails or updating me.

Interview
Got hooked up by 3rd party recruiter to an SDE position.
No HR call or tech screening, booked 6 hours virtual onsite right away, split into 3 sessions.
First 2 sessions were pair programming. The first one was OK but I could feel they couldn’t wait to have it finished.
The 2nd one looked like they just grabbed a dude out of bed to run it without any context. No intro, spent 5 minutes to find a working collab tool, typed in a one liner problem. I finished in 30 mins while pretty much talking to air.
The 2nd part was expressed in such a vague way that I carefully confirmed the expected output on paper and spent 20 mins coding it out, then got told it wasn’t what was asked. And you just watched me going in a wrong direction for 20 mins and not saying anything? Probably wasn’t watching at all in the first place.
Then talked through the solution to the actual problem and time was up.
There are 3.5 hours of interviews left and I feel like telling the recruiter to just cancel it. Such waste of time. I have no intention to work in teams like this. I have spent about 30 hours in interviews for the past month, and this is by far the worst exp.
