eBay interview questions

I was referred to this position. The interview was pretty standard with a take home assessment, phone screen followed by a virtual on-site. Take-home assessment consisted of 4 coding problems to be solved within 90 minutes that grew in difficulty. Though, with some practice not too hard to successfully complete. Phone screen was similar, had the interviewer come in with positive attitude and to setup a connection. Was asked 1 coding question that could be completed in 15-20 minutes. We had some time to spare so we switched to solving other question that the interviewer had in min, was able to solve it in time to their expectation. The on-site interview was even better. All the interviewers came to know how I would be as a co-worker. There were 4 rounds, 1 System design, 2 technicals and 1 behavioral.

Fist step is the assessment then you have a virtual interview, then a phone interview , then a formal interview with the hiring manager. Way to much for $16.50 an hour
