First HR call, to know about HR related activities then Hiring Mgr call to know more about current job profile and my interest for new job. He interviewed me know about QA process in my previous companies and then technical interview process.

In my initial interview, the interviewer just asked me my personal information, if I'm willing to work on site, and if I'm flexible for any shift. Even asked me how was my college life. For the final interview, a supervisor just asked to tell me about myself, and what is my idea about online business and what are the disadvantages & advantages of it.
