eBay interview questions

Extremely disorganised, screening call was rescheduled within a hour of call, had to be pushed back for the next following week. Found out that I’ve passed the screening call after hearing nothing for 2 weeks, another recruiter got in contact with me to say I’ve passed and moved for a video call with two members. The video call was very vague, questions were based on STAR interview process but the interview was very much one way. When I asked them explain to me how’s the company culture at the office? Their reply was ‘it’s great.’ At that point I knew it wasn’t for me as they’ve continued to answer my questions with one words with no details or examples. To be honest, I’ve never had a good experience as a customer when buying from eBay due to constantly getting scam anyways.

the interview was very tech oriented, it was organized, my recruiter was very kind, very detail oriented, explained the company and benefits in depth. they use different mediums for interview, starting with phone call.
