eBay interview questions

The overall communication was sluggish as the interviewer had an RU accent and I was unable to keep up with the conversation (to this point I state that I never had a problem whatsoever with interviewers even if their mother tongue was not English). Rather confused me than helped me made no effort to clarify to me. He also never gave me the chance to showcase my skills nor did he introduce himself which I question if he possessed a degree from an accredited institution.

I applied in June for a role in Amsterdam. The process took about 1 month There was a round with hiring manager, Then 1h technical screening, a bit of theory, a bit of coding, nothing overcomplicated 2nd screening was more about fit into the project. After that a final coding round was scheduled. In fact there were 2 meetings 2.5h then 1h break and another 30 minutes. I expected some leetcode, some design but they gave me a take home style assignment, which I had to finish before the next call. I asked some questions then the interviewer dropped off. It wasn't complicated but rather big for such amount of time. There was a vague part were a candidate is supposed to come up with something creative but again, too little time for the task. I had to present my code on the next call. And their recruiter ghosted me. Pinged him after 10 days, got "we expected more" bla-bla and that was it.
