There was an application, a video interview. After passing the video interview you’d be invited to an assessment center. The assessment center was great and everyone was really nice.
They also provide feedback which is really helpful.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you collaborated with others.
There was an Assessment day with company presentation, breakfast, networking, group case and solo case and lunch
Very friendly stuff task where fair and networking was fun
Overall good experience
1. Phone Screening (not with a person, they will send a link and you have to record yourself). Basic Questions: What are the upcoming eCommerce trends...)?
2. Invitation to the eBay office. Group Task and presentation & 1 hour interview (Behavioral interview questions).
Everyone was super nice. We had lunch and breakfast together and they answered questions.
Several steps of interviews, including a day at Ebay's HQ. Everyone was every nice and overall I had a good experience. Suggestion to study their values and mission as they look for people that would fit in the company's culture the best.
