Most employees are hired as external. The 1st interview was a screening with the eternal agency, the second with a direct recruiting manager. She actually didn't hire me but recommended me for another team, so I was contacted by another recruiting manager. This confused me a bit but I went on with it and it was worth it. After that I got a technical test to prepare and a time was set to present my work, to the manager + my direct co-worker. Lastly i had an interview the the HR. The process was nicely handled, in a friendly atmosphere. I had covid in the middle of it so could not meet them in person, only by zoom.
