Spoke with the recruiter & hiring manager, unfortunately got ghosted after speaking with the hiring manager. Followed up a few times with the recruiter but was met with total silence. Understand if I’m not moving forward, but it’s frustrating to not hear anything, even if it’s a simple “no”

Interview
Applied and received a call from the hiring manager. What was supposed to be a 15 minute call ended up being close to an hour. Once she realized I would be a good fit, she moved on to second round interview questions in order to speed up the process. The process was efficient and pretty enjoyable. She made sure I spoke with another member of the team so that I could get a better idea of what the day-today was like.
