eBay Customer Service Representative interview questions

Online interview first, needed to send a video on why I would like to work to ebay, then a skills interview with typing and English test and last an interview with TL and phone call mock scenario.

One way interviews are no way to actually figure out how well someone would perform for any company. 3 separate interviews, never once spoke to anyone. More than qualified applicants (more than just me!) were turned down for whatever reason.
