eBay Customer Experience Team interview questions

After completing the online application, I was asked to submit screenshots of internet speed results within a week, during different times of the day and at different days of the week, about 9 screenshots. I had a brief chat over the phone with a recruiter concerning the automated interview process. I was asked to complete the 2nd step of the interview process using Hirevue. I then was told I would find out within several days whether I had been moved forward. Submitted the Hirevue video recording on time. I received no callback and no other communication, after contacting the recruiter and asking for updates or interview results. The whole experience is rather disappointing.
