Phone interview followed by a face to face interview during the same week. Typical interview at a place of business. Stark room with two interviewers. Sat at a table across from them.

Two-step interview process. First was a phone interview, then in-person. Spoke with a really nice person on the phone. The face to face interview, the man was also nice. They called me within 2 weeks to let me know that I had an offer, and asked what shift I would prefer.
