For the Truck Driver Manager job some of the questions are typical, BUT most are designed to probe your ability to handle a fast paced job AND be reasonably organized. So, "what other jobs have you had that were fast paced and hectic? How do you handle a fast paced environment? Are you organized?" Etc. The interviewer compared the job to an air traffic controller.
"What do you expect to achieve by working for this company?" It was a very hard question to answer, but I believe I answered it well.
