The negatively phrased interview questions caught me by surprise. I wasn't prepared for a compreshensive behavioral interview. Some of the questions included, "Tell me about a time when your were critizied by your supervisor and how did you respond?" or "Tell me about a time when you had to share bad news with your supervisor?" The last question seemed so out of place, "What do you want us to know about you?"
