I think that most were standard. The questions are behavioral, and I liked that part because it forces candidates to really pull from their experiences versus hypotheticals.
Walk me through your resume. How would you get a new team to follow you? Why should we hire you? What have you learned about our company culture? When you are developing someone, how do you know when they are ready to be promoted? How do you make partnerships with other areas of the company?
Name a time... blah blah blah. STAR questions.
Just went over my background and how my skills were transferable to Grainger and MRO as well as cultural fit.

After reviewing an example of a less than positve customer experience and how I'd resolved the issue and coached the team, the recruiter asked ..... what did you do? It was as if they hadn't been listening.
Did not have any difficult questions. Mostly just asking about my experience and telling me about the position
