Honestly there are no difficult questions because they follow the set plan for "A" Method. You can nail it if you are prepared. They are just looking for you to respond and give them three pluses and three negatives. Experience used to be a requirement, but they have really dropped that in favor of a much younger audience. If you are 35 and over you need not apply as you are not what they are looking for at this time. The trend is to hire right out of college with little or no experience.
Are you relocatable?
Asked about my high school experiences.
For all experience on your resume: 3 strengths 3 opportunities They will deep dive some of the responses
The questions were very basic and very simple with this process. You have 10 questions about how you hire, do you get involved with hourly hiring. etc. You are also asked how you terminated someone as well as strengths and weaknesses.
Very basic questions, not situational in regards of "what would you do in this case?" or overall resolutions. Because of the nature of which I left my last company, I was very reluctant to answer this question: " If I called your old supervisor up today, how would he rate you?" I felt like that was my "Achilles heel"...
