Questions more pertinent to role and my ideas I had on the structure. Asked where I a saw myself in 2/3 years time, asked questions on role and how I would like to develop. I get the feeling it was all about the individual, of course they were looking for competencies in the correct area, but I get the feeling it was a very people first organisation.
They asked me multiple different questions but the one thing that each round that stuck out to me was it always went back to relationships and people. To me that speaks volumes about a company when they hold the employees in such an elevated state. That shows that they care and want the people who put in the time to succeed and be happy when they come to work.
