The hardest part about this interview was the unrelenting technical nature of it. NO ONE cared about any other skills that I could bring to the table except for being a technical robot. There were no 'brain teasers' in my interview. Example questions: Explain to me how polarization physically works (not E&M theory). The problem with this kind of question is that there are several explanations that could be given, however the interviewer has an answer he/she expects therefore the question is particularly leading in nature.
