How do you handle conflict
I'm used to interviewing others and using behavioral interviewing techniques with very clear expectations of "tell me about a time you...". It was super refreshing to have a mix of interview questions that were based on past experiences but also how would you handle this situation . There were a lot of great questions asked and one of them was around how I would respond to a student who said they didn't want to be a nursing assistant because they don't like dealing with old people. Obviously, that was a very specific question that I might not have a past experience to relate back to but what they wanted as a result was my critical thinking ability of how I would handle an unexpected comment or situation, I was very impressed with the questions I was asked.
