Talk about projects done. Given a case study how would you solve this? Again this is to just get a bunch of solutions from candidates because their internal staff is perhaps inept. So all they are doing is soliciting free consulting advise. The key thing to understand here is that the hard part is what to do. Once you reveal a solution path, they can just follow up and do it with their staff and they don't need you.
