It was a discussion 100% around current digital trends. I was asked to describe my best & worst projects. No basic HR questions about why I chose this company, etc. Overall the company seemed quite behind in digital, so the interview was not at all challenging.

Presentation interview and exercise An element of the selection process for this position is a presentation exercise. Explain how you would evolve the product to address these issues and how you’d assess whether these changes had a positive impact. The product or service may or may not be related to insurance or technology, but, naturally, particular relevance to our industry and customers is appreciated. The conversation will begin with your presentation.
