I was surprised with recruiter's very odd first question-- asked me to "guess their first interview question". I asked for clarification, and they said, "come on, you know what I'm going to ask, it's always the first question!" I replied "are you going to ask me to tell you about myself?" It wasn't-- they wanted to know my exact salary requirements.
