Las evaluaciones no fueron de preguntas y respuestas que podés sacar de un manual, sino un escenario que bien podría tocarte para resolver en un proyecto. Entregué un repo y lo evaluaron (mucho mejor que entrar a una plataforma de coding challenge con un timer). Lo mismo ocurrió durante las entrevistas, tuve que "defender" mi criterio hablando de mis proyectos. En ningún momento me sentí "solo un stack de skills" que tickean en una checklist. Muy buena experiencia de recruiting.
