A couple: -Why are you interested in working for the Conservancy? -How do you deal with difficult or angry emails? (Something along those lines.) - What are some things you'd be excited to do with the social media presence of the organization? (I think they were looking to focus on/grow the social media component quite a bit.) - Tell me some things you like to do outside of work. (One I was least prepared for, oddly!)
Standard behavioural questions - very HR type questions but friendly experience
What are your skills? Do you know how to use certain softwares.
They didn't ask any difficult or unexpected questions. That alone was shocking in and of itself, actually.
