HR schedule my first interview with different skilled team. I was giving my interview and they were like creating a torture environment. that why you have wasted your 6 months after lost your job in this pandemic. very unprofessional. Sencond i disscussed with HR team about my concern and skill set. She agreed with my talks and scheduled another round with tech team. It was for ETL developer role. I gave all the answers asked by both ladies. Like around 10-12 questions with a logical table based question, i got stuck a bit there because she was not able to tell that she wants from the table joins. Because off that i was not able to give right answer. and got mail of rejection in a week. If somebody is reading my feedback then be ready while giving interview to see that how and what trick they grab to reject you and not to select you. I never write any company feedback but it was must.

First of all they dont give you the salary range for the position or anything and they conduct phone interview for 15-20 minutes which i think is a waste of time and after that they will call for a face-to face for 1 hr which is another waste of time.They dont even know what they actually want and keep on interviewing people wasting there precious time.NEver ever apply for a position in this company and i have heard rumours about people not getting paid even for several months.
