( with all due respect, just googling and shooting random questions as you believe they are in any way relevant to someone's stamina, personal goals or performance is never good practice ) After a few questions they kept focusing on the "driven by" part, and they somehow forgot to ask themselves, if they are actually focusing on the job requirements.
