The networking questions were tough, but fair. The manager who asked me VBScript questions expected me to know the minutiae of VBscript syntax when it is 1) a legacy language that's going out of style faster than you can say "PowerShell", 2) all of that stuff is readily available on the internet and in reference books, so that you can fill your head with more substantive things.

most weird interview questions ever, as I said, focused on the behavior and motivation. Some examples: "If someone would offer you a job, where you can do anything you want, what would you do." ( with all due respect, just googling and shooting random questions as you believe they are in any way relevant to someone's stamina, personal goals or performance is never good practice ) After a few questions they kept focusing on the "driven by" part, and they somehow forgot to ask themselves, if they are actually focusing on the job requirements. Personally I was excited to be part of a HUGE reality, bringing change in the banking industry, and I tried my best to express that, as I'm passionate about linux, macos, and several other technologies they use on a daily basis.
