How do you feel about working with ambiguity?
They asked me for an resume (LinkedIn wasn’t sufficient) and a portfolio. I was asked how I’d handle an employee with performance issues. I got the feeling there have been a ton of departures in the department. Red flags!
Why did you leave your previous job?
Years of experience? Reason for joining Pepsico Design Team?
Nothing difficult. The attitude and hostility were hard to deal with.
